Shipping policy

Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, it will be processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 business hours (except in the event of a stock shortage or any other circumstance that prevents us from doing so). 

Your order will be delivered by one of Huxia's partner carriers. You will receive information about the status of your order by email or SMS, and you can change the address or reschedule the delivery with the carrier.

Shipping costs

All orders to mainland Portugal over €49.90 are delivered free of shipping costs. For all other orders, the shipping cost will be shown on the order confirmation page, according to the delivery address.
