Shipping and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Huxia!

After we receive payment confirmation for your order, it will be processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 business hours (unless out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so).

The delivery of your order will be handled by a partner transport company of Huxia. You will receive information via email or SMS regarding the status of your order and you will be able to change the address or reschedule delivery directly with the transport company.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs apply to all orders regardless of the destination address. However, these shipping costs may be free if the order value conditions indicated in the following table are met:

Portuguese Islands: Madeira and Azores

For the United Kingdom and Switzerland (as non-EU countries), additional customs fees may be required from the recipient, which are beyond our control and have nothing to do with the shipping costs of the merchandise.

Exchanges / Returns / Refunds

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase (free resolution of the contract), without the need for any justification on your part, in accordance with current legislation (DL nº24/2014 amended by DL nº78/2018). To do so, you must contact us through the existing communication channels (email:  geral@huxiasport.pt ).

 If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at regular price; items on promotion cannot be returned.
  •  If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at geral@huxiasport.pt

Non-Refundable Goods

The following goods are not covered by the return policy:

  • Gift cards;
  • Some health and personal care items;
  • Underwear;
  • Bikinis, trikinis, and swimsuits.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at geral@huxiasport.pt

Shipping

  • Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: Rua dos Ferradores 39 B e C 8125-498 Quarteira
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
