Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Huxia!

After we receive confirmation of payment for your order, it will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours (unless stock runs out or other eventuality that prevents us from doing so).

Delivery of your order will be handled by a Huxia partner shipping company. You will receive information via email or SMS about the status of your order and you will be able to change the address or reschedule delivery with the shipping company.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs apply to all orders regardless of the destination address, however these shipping costs may be free, when the order value conditions indicated in the following table are met:

For the United Kingdom and Switzerland (as non-EU countries) additional customs fees may be requested from the recipient, which we are not responsible for and have nothing to do with the shipping costs of the merchandise.

Exchanges / Returns / Refund

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase (free termination of the contract), without the need for any justification on your part, in accordance with current legislation (DL nº24/2014 amended by DL nº78/ 2018). To do this, you must contact us through existing communication channels (email: ).

If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.
  •  If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, contact us via email

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Gift cards;
  • Some health and personal care items;
  • underwear;
  • Bikinis, trikinis and swimwear.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum period of 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you have already done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us


  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: Rua dos Ferradores 39 B and C 8125-498 Quarteira
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
  • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
